I’d like to be in a bit better shape and to “cut out the crap” I’ve been eating here and there. I’ve decided to create a little journal for this, and why not include it as a page on my blog. So my formal (informal) fitness diary will contain this info:
- Weight deviation – from my starting point
- Food – eaten throughout the day
- Exercise – done for a given day
I’m not going to publish my weight directly (I guess I like a little bit of privacy!). Instead I will use deviation from my weight as of yesterday to start. And as to not mentally disturb anyone who isn’t being healthy-conscious at the moment, I’ve decided for now, to publish my journal on a separate page, aptly called Fitness Self-Challenge.
